GoodLife Fitness – 15-Minute Arms Coaching Booth
The Goal
The goal was simple:
Generate as many leads as possible from gym members who wanted to grow their biceps.
I wanted to capture attention quickly in a busy gym environment and convert that into consultations.
The WorkDesigned posters and booth visuals from scratch (layout, graphics, and copy).Launched the first version: bold design, clear title (“15 MIN COACHING ARMS”), strong visual identity.Placed the booth in high-traffic areas to attract members.
What HappenedThe first version worked in one way: it grabbed attention. I got plenty of eyeballs, people stopped to look. But there was a gap: no direct, simple way for members to take action.
Without a QR code or direct CTA, interest didn’t turn into consultations.

The PivotWorking in an agile way, I gathered feedback and updated the campaign:Added a QR code that linked directly to messaging for fast replies.Updated the copywriting with sharper hooks: “Want to grow your biceps like never before?”Added a specific CTA that targeted members frustrated with their curls or wanting faster results.Kept the design bold, but made it more inviting and action-oriented.
Wait...how did I end up next to the CEO?

Keep reading… you might find out. Or maybe not 😉
The ResultsMembers started scanning the QR code and messaging me directly.I received real leads through fast replies, leading to direct bookings. The new copy not only caught attention but motivated members to take the next step.My agile approach (test → feedback → improve → repeat turned a booth with no consultations into a lead-generating setup.
